Acer - Annual Summer Conference
Evoke were asked to
create, programme and manage Acer’s annual summer conference – and host a fun
day and night that would appeal to delegates, provide a platform to talk about
their business commercially and from a product point of view, and communicate
their position as an Olympic Worldwide Partner.
Devising an Olympic
theme to the day, Evoke compiled a fun filled and action packed day fit for an
Olympiad. Responsible for the initial invites and the online registration we
attracted 150 key guests. Evoke took over Savill Court Hotel for the day,
dressing and lighting various conference rooms and suites with various sporting
themes, and compiled a programme with Acer that allowed Guests to listen to
speeches, and be educated on Acer news and latest products. Guests also had the
chance to compete in our own mini Olympics including archery and shooting, plus
a show from an Olympic medal hopeful before a dinner and quiz hosted by Olympic
legend Colin Jackson.
Results:
150
Guests
Delegates scored on
average 9.5 out of 10 for their days experience, commentating that the day was
more compelling, enjoyable and memorable than other conferences they had been
to.
‘The Acer summer
conference was a huge success -
thank you Evoke’ Linda Hassall, Head of
Marketing.
